Veterinary Assistant (Coeur d’ Alene)
We are a Coeur d’ Alene animal hospital looking to hire a veterinary assistant (full time or part time position). The applicant should be very comfortable using Windows based computer software and enjoy working with the public, dogs and cats. Although our goal is to maintain an organized and relaxed work environment, the prospective employee should also be very detail oriented and comfortable working under time deadlines depending on the patient flow.
Many of our current employees who really enjoy our workplace have had prior successful work experience in moderate to upscale customer service positions such a retail and restaurant serving.
If hired, as a full-time employee, you would have a starting rate of pay of $20/hour, full, high quality medical insurance, dental insurance, paid time off, matched IRA and generous employee pet care discounts.
