Fairwood Animal Hospital is looking for an amazing Client Service Specialist to join our team of dynamic veterinary professionals!
Successful candidates MUST be a team player, energetic, motivated, career-oriented individual with multi-line phone system experience. Must be compassionate, caring and an excellent communicator.
Duties include but are not limited to:
**Managing a very busy multi-phone system
**Scheduling appointments for doctors, technicians and boarding
**Checking clients in/out at the front desk
**Handling client inquiries over the phone or in person with precise follow through
**Handling patients using safe and compassionate methods
**Medical record documentation with accuracy and correct use of medical terminology
This is a full-time position that consists of 4 week day shifts with half day Saturday rotations.
